Savor will be at the 4th annual Simsbury Spooktacular Chili Challenge. There's live music, shopping, and beer and wine for the adults; trick-or-treating, costume contest, and touch-a-truck for the kids; and, of course, plenty of tasty chili for everyone! We've even added a Youth Division this year, so get the kids involved!
